Over the weekend I watched my friend, Carly's pug while she was out of town. Now my pugs get into plenty of things, but Jaxson takes the cake (and yes he has done that literally).
His first night at my house he gets into a bag of raw potatoes. Raw potatoes you say? Yes, he ate and slobbered on an entire bag of potatoes. In the past month or so at his own home he has managed to get into his own food storage container, the cat's food storage container, and a big bucket of legos. He's one smart puggy, the cat food storage container has a screw on lid. Once they put all those things up and away from him, he decided it was time to eat two playstation controllers. He actually ate them with very few pieces left over.
Back when he lived within walking distance from me, he ate 2 pieces of rum cake, an entire king cake, and danced in the other king cake all in the span of 20 minutes. There was also a time when he got into the kitchen cabinet and made a giant bleach accident. Knowing Jaxson he probably drank some too. That dog has a stomach of steel.
I love Jaxson to death and we love having him at the house. He always keeps us entertained. I don't know how Carly does it though.....that pug is something else!
